My daughter, Alix, and I recently had the opportunity to visit your dealership in our quest for a vehicle. I will be the first to admit, Country Hyundai was not my immediate choice to consider, but came with ad in hand to discover what was available. Alix fell in love with the sonata she had test driven the previous weekend from Dillon Chevrolet. We simply could not come to value-added terms in comparison to a new 2009 that Country Hyundai had advertised.
We came in looking for Lee Hebert as I had gotten some preliminary information from him the day before. I am not easily impressed with customer service as practiced by sales folks, yet alone car sales persons, no offense intended. However, Lee proved me wrong!! He was extremely professional, thoughtful, considerate, accommodating and genuine in his appeal to find a vehicle for Alix with the best possible terms for me who was the paying party.
We quickly came to terms and did indeed purchase the vehicle as advertised. In Lee's absence, he arranged for yet another sales person, Jose Morales, to insure this transaction went without a hitch. I will also state that I was very pleased with the level of service Jose provided, even personally delivering paperwork for my signature in Turners Falls.
I am very pleased with Country Hyundai experience to date and I think that you have Lee and Jose to thank for that. I will certainly recommend your dealership and these two particular salesmen to my sphere of influence.

Thank you so much for empowering me. I now have a clear picture of why engine maintenance is so important. I also have great confidence in my ability to change a tire, use jumper cables, change the wiper blades and belts.
It is a wonderful feeling of security to understand and able to take care of myself and the vehicle.
